Terms of Service

My commissions are for personal and non-commercial use only. I will not be providing any commercial services as of right now.Payments will be accepted via Stripe or Paypal.I, the artist, retain ownership and copyright of the commissioned artwork, not the characters or scenes portrayed within it.The finished piece will retain with a small watermark that will not hinder the artwork (it is copyright infringement if altered in any way).You, the customer, may use the finished commission for personal use only. You may not edit or change the finished piece after everything is completed. You may personally post the commission as long as I am credited and the watermark has been unaltered.I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission throughout the process with no explanation required.I will not provide a refund once we have passed the rough sketch phase and I had begun working on the finished piece.I will not accept NFTs or Cryptocurrency as payment.
It will also be copyright infringement to turn my artwork into NFT, it is forbidden.It is also forbidden to utilize my artwork as an AI prompt in any AI generators, AI generation technology or the likes. If I ever discover its been used in such a format, you will be banned and blocked from interacting with my art permanently.I am open to changes or edits during the rough sketch stage, however, any major changes made after I have already lined and colored will include a fee.My time frame for commissions is one month, if needed sooner, please discuss with me beforehand. Depending on how soon you need the commission completed, a small fee may be included.All works I create will automatically have permission to be displayed on my social media unless explicitly requested not.

How to Commission

- Read my Terms of Service before going forth with any inquiries.- Please put together necessary information and as many references as you can provide.- Reach out to me via Twitter or Email, we will discuss more detail and pricing.- Provide me your best contact information, and your email for me to send invoice to (via Paypal if chosen.)- Once I have the rough sketch completed, we can discuss any changes or edits needed, then I will invoice you for payment before completing the full piece.

Reference Example:

- A detailed description of the desired picture as a whole- Explain the character's pose and expression- References of the character's appearance and their clothes, accessories, tattoos- A detailed idea of the background if included- Image references for all of the above if possible
